This new instrument features 2 independent relay outputs for heat and cold, 1 relay output for remounting function (with timer) and 1 relay output form Micro-Oxygenation function (with timer).
Also features Pt-100 input, 85-240 Vac power, Modbus communication (optional) and digital input for external management (optional).
The new SY48 VINUM ensures, safety and technology to the vinification process in order to optimize the final product quality.
